An attempt to assess economic attractiveness of the food sector organization

The contemporary economy is characterized by a high rate of change, which entails constantly changing conditions, which are understood as the environment of the organization and its economic conditions. This is why each of the currently functioning enterprises, whose development is based to some extent on unstable and unpredictable operating conditions, is forced for flexibility of operation. In order to increase the effectiveness of your actions, it becomes necessary to diagnose your own condition and analyze the environment. Therefore, the purpose of this work was to identify the economic attractiveness of the food industry company and to analyze processes in its environment. As part of the work, a pessimistic, optimistic, most and least probable enterprise development scenario and possible event scenarios were developed taking into account the probability of selected factors.
