Critical infrastructure plays a key role in the functioning of the state and has a significant impact on citizens’ sense of security. Hence, its protection in one of the priorities, as it ensures its proper functioning or quick recovery in case of threats. All types of threats, including natural and technical hazards, and terrorism have become very important due to increasingly interdependent systems and increasing their vulnerability. It is important to define, follow and continuously analyze these threats, because with their change of character new preventive measures should be taken.
