Theories and practices of human resource management in an agile enterprise

The following publication addresses the issue of the importance of human resource management in an agile enterprise. The study characterizes the essence of human resource management, the concept of business agility and selected empirical research concerning human capital management practices. The final part focuses a model solution presenting specific human resource management practices which entail the desired shape of the organization and allow it to be described as agile.
