Organizing the work human resources in an agile enterprise

The article will mention the problem of the forming of the competent labour organization in the enterprise. In the article they stated that very much in this respect applying principles of the ergonomics and agile solutions were of help. Both concepts were settled in the concept lean enterprise. In the article findings were presented empirical, conducted amongst 200 small and of medium-sized enterprises of the podkarpacki province. They enabled to specify ergonomic and agile behaviours in podkarpacki enterprises. In the article they presented author’s of organising the human work in the agile enterprise which can perform the utilitarian valuable role for the staff managing the contemporary enterprise.
